Payment methods

• Online card payment via a secure payment gateway (Visa, Mastercard).
• Bank payment buttons – instant bank transfer via your online banking.
• Bank transfer to the account stated in the reservation confirmation.
• Cash or card on board for additional refreshments and drinks (by arrangement).

Payment is required no later than 7 days before the cruise date, unless agreed otherwise. Vouchers are paid in full in advance.

Comgate payment gateway

Online card payments and instant bank transfers are processed by Comgate, a.s. – a certified payment gateway provider. During checkout you are redirected to a secure Comgate page where you enter your card details or choose your bank. Once the payment succeeds, the gateway returns you to our site and we receive confirmation immediately.

Card payments – we accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. Card details are entered directly on the gateway page and are never stored on our servers. More about card payments.

Bank payment buttons – an instant bank transfer through the online banking of selected Czech banks. After choosing your bank, you log in to your online banking and confirm a pre-filled payment order. More about bank transfers.

Currency and prices

All prices are stated in Czech crowns (CZK), including VAT where applicable. Prices do not change after the reservation is confirmed.

Service delivery

The service is the provision of a private cruise on the booked date and for the booked duration. The boarding point (typically Náplavka, Kampa or the Fairmont hotel) is confirmed no later than one day before the cruise by e-mail or SMS.

Voucher delivery

Electronic vouchers are sent by e-mail within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Printed vouchers are sent on request by post to addresses in the Czech Republic (registered, delivery within 5 business days).

Tax document

The tax document is sent electronically to the e-mail given in the reservation no later than 15 days after receipt of payment.

Refunds

In case of cancellation by the Provider or valid withdrawal by the customer, we refund the amount paid using the same method by which it was received, no later than within 14 days.
