(the “Provider”)

2. Subject of the service

The Provider offers private boat charter with a lady captain on the Vltava River in Prague (the “cruise”). Cruises operate on the Belito and Zeus boats according to current availability.

3. Reservation and contract

The contract between the customer and the Provider is concluded upon confirmation of the reservation by the Provider and payment of the cruise price or deposit. The customer must provide truthful contact and billing details.

4. Price and payment

Prices are stated for each cruise on the website. Payment is made by online payment gateway, bank transfer or cash by arrangement. The customer receives a tax document electronically.

5. Cancellation policy

• More than 14 days before the cruise — free cancellation, we refund 100 % of the amount paid.
• 14 to 24 hours before the cruise — cancellation fee of 50 % of the cruise price.
• Less than 24 hours before the cruise or no-show — cancellation fee of 100 % of the cruise price.
• In case of adverse weather or navigation conditions, we offer an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Rights and obligations

The customer must arrive on time at the agreed boarding point and follow the captain's instructions. The Provider reserves the right not to start or to interrupt the cruise if the safety of guests or crew is at risk.

7. Complaints

Please submit any complaints without undue delay to info@lodnanaplavce.cz. Complaints are handled within 30 days.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Effective as of 1 January 2025.
