Scope of processed data

We process only the personal data you provide when enquiring, booking or paying for a cruise — in particular first and last name, e-mail, phone, billing details and data required to process the payment.

Purpose of processing

• Conclusion and performance of the cruise contract
• Payment processing and invoice issuance
• Communication regarding the reservation
• Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, taxes)

Retention period

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, no longer than the period set by applicable law (typically 10 years for accounting records).

Sharing with third parties

We share your data only with the payment gateway provider for the purpose of processing payments and, where applicable, with our accounting office. We do not transfer data to third countries and do not use it for marketing without your consent.
